“Make good use of today” is her/his father’s favorites words that this teen has embodied as a motto for her/his life. So we made sure it was there to remind her/him everyday! The transition from childhood to teenage years is a very important transition in every individuals life. It shapes their future in a way that cannot be underestimated.  A space that builds self confidence and gives freedom of expression where the two subjects we had in mind while designing this room. We have given a masculine yet creative touch to the room serving various purposes. A reading/ a hobby corner is essential where older kids can continue tabbing on their inner creative being. We made it comfortable and decorative enough to make him enjoy it as much as possible. The study areas are taking bigger space in teenagers’ rooms as their longest hours are spent here getting closer to their dream jobs. We used mirrors to give depth to the room and strategically installed the lighting to support this idea. Storage space turns into stylish wardrobes, and color palates becomes more mono toned as the ages of these children’s get older.
